HOUSTON, TX MEETUP
The Houston, TX TCF MEETUP will be held in Houston and will feature great food, MLB Baseball (Houston Astros), discussions on Survivorship and more. Join us May 17-19!
Where: Houston, TX TCF HQ HOUSE -
Dates: The evening of Friday May 17th, to the morning of May 19th, 2024. The bulk of the weekend will be Saturday so if you can only make it for one or two days, please don’t let that deter you from participating! Any and all of the weekend activities will be worth attending!
Travel Details: TCF is not covering any travel for individuals, however lodging will be provided. Lodging is first come first serve, but we should have ample space at the AirBnb. If flying, the closest airport is Houston (IAH. You are responsible for your own transportation so please consider this. You may be able to coordinate with others traveling to the event. TCF will cover all of the Dinner(s). Breakfasts and Lunches will be at the cost of attendees.

Join the Testicular Cancer Foundation and Gavers Community Cancer Foundation for a Mid July Meetup at the infamous Barn Dance for a weekend of food, music, and fun in Woodstock Illinois! All TC patients, survivors, significant others, and caregivers welcome! See details, registration info, and agenda below.
TRAVEL DETAILS: TCF is not covering any travel for individuals, we do have a heavily discounted room block at a local hotel ($149 a night). It is first come first serve. If flying, the closest airport is Chicago Ohare (ORD). You are responsible for your own transportation to Woodstock, so please consider this. You may be able to coordinate with others traveling to the event. Gavers is graciously covering the ticket cost, so the event is free. TCF will cover the Friday night Dinner. Breakfasts and Lunches will be at the cost of attendees.
WHEN: July 19-21st The evening of July 19th, to the morning of July 21st, 2024. The bulk of the weekend will be Saturday (20th) evening as we attend Barndance. We will do a group dinner on July 19th, and will be hanging out the entire weekend with some fun activities. If you can only make it for the day of Barndance, please don’t let that deter you from participating! Any and all of the weekend activities will be worth attending!

11:00-4:00 pm Boating / Lake Time, @ LAKE ARROWHEAD
Boating / Wakeboarding / Surfing. We will be spending the day on Lake Arrowhead courtesy of Dan Wheeler. We will be alternating guys on the boat, hanging on the dock, and exploring the surrounding area. *Lunch will not be provided, so please be prepared to go out to lunch, or buy snacks.

Dinner will be provided and cooked by Dan Wheeler. Come hungry and ready to enjoy his famous Tri-Tip and Pollo Asado. Following dinner a roundtable discussion on TC will be held.

TAMPA BAY, FL MEETUP
Join the Testicular Cancer Foundation for a Fall Meetup at the quaint Port Ritchey in Florida, 40 minutes outside of Tampa Bay. Enjoy a weekend of community, support, group activities and more! The host house has a swimming pool, games, fire pit, and more! All TC patients and survivors welcome! See details, registration info, and agenda below.
TRAVEL DETAILS: TCF is not covering any travel for individuals, however lodging will be provided. Lodging is first come first serve, but we should have ample space as we have rented a large house that sleeps 14+. If flying, the closest airport is Tampa Bay International (TPA). Port Ritchey is approx. 40 minutes from TPA. You are responsible for your own transportation to Port Ritchey, so please consider this. You may be able to coordinate with others traveling to the event. TCF will cover the Friday night Dinner, and the Saturday night Dinner. Breakfasts will be at the cost of attendees.
WHEN: October 18-20th The bulk of the weekend will be Saturday (19th) as we enjoy good food, learn more about TC and enjoy activities and games. We will do a group dinner on October 18th, and will be hanging out the entire weekend with some fun activities. If you can only make it a portion of the weekend, please don’t let that deter you from participating! Any and all of the weekend activities will be worth attending!
