How testicular cancer spreads?

Early detection and treatment is key to preventing the spread of testicular cancer.When testicular cancer spreads, it most commonly spread to the lung and the lymph nodes of the chest, pelvis, and the base of the neck. More advanced stages may have spread to the liver and bones.
