How It All Began: A Shared Mission
The partnership between SAXX and TCF started with a common goal: to encourage men to take charge of their health and normalize conversations around testicular cancer. Partnering with TCF, they saw a unique opportunity to deliver comfort and educate their customers on the importance of early detection.
From the outset, SAXX’s leadership didn’t just want to write a check – they wanted to create a meaningful, measurable impact. Their involvement has ranged from producing limited-edition awareness-raising underwear to helping amplify TCF’s message in a way that speaks directly to men of all ages.
Breaking Barriers in Men’s Health Conversations
One of the most significant contributions SAXX has made to the fight against testicular cancer is breaking down the barriers around self-examination and men’s health. Through their innovative campaigns and limited-edition products, SAXX has sparked conversations encouraging men to take charge of their health and perform regular self-exams. By turning an everyday essential like underwear into a tool for awareness, they’ve helped reduce the stigma surrounding testicular health and prompted men to think proactively about early detection.

- SAXX x TCF Limited Edition Underwear: These seasonal custom designs became more than just a stylish pair of Vibe Xtra briefs– they symbolized awareness and action. With each purchase, SAXX helped spread awareness and fund TCF programs through the seasonal limited edition underwear.
- Birdies for Balls: SAXX launched a beloved campaign in 2023 formally known as the Ball Masters, which enrolled a roster of PGA Caddie ambassadors, and captivated the golf ecoystem. The campaign returned in 2024 with an expansion to the roster of Caddie ambassadors, along with activations at PGA events and givebacks to TCF. The brand built on their year over year efforts, where the Ball Masters helped raise $10,000 for the Testicular Cancer Foundation in 2022, to SAXX continuing to support men’s health causes. SAXX donated $1000 to TCF for every birdie made by the caddies’ players (totally $5000) during the remainder of the golf season and an additional $5,000 was donated during the Travelers Championship, where SAXX activated for tournament guests.
- SAXX x Breaking Bad Underwear Habits: In April 2023 SAXX Underwear launched their Breaking Bad campaign. Throughout the campaign, which also coincided with Testicular Cancer Awareness Month, all proceeds from purchases of white pairs of underwear from saxx.com were donated to the Testicular Cancer Foundation.
- SAXX Underwear x South Carolina #SECuretheballs: In 2023, SAXX partnered with Stefon and Trevon Diggs, pro football players, who applied their experience as world-class athletes, men’s lifestyle trendsetters and most important, ball-handling experts to represent the brand during the NFL season. The campaign extended to college football too, as SAXX signed a name, image and likeness (NIL) deal with the South Carolina Gamecocks football team to further support testicular cancer. The Gamecocks donated $5,000 to TCF, while SAXX contributed $1,000 for every sack of the quarterback by the Gamecocks.
