Camps & Retreats

Epic Experience offers a free weeklong camp to adult cancer survivors. Camps are held in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. We offer white water kayaking during the summer and cross country skiing and snow shoeing during the winter along with a host of other surprises to help thrivers move beyond cancer.

First Descents offers young adults with cancer a free week-long outdoor adventure experience designed to enable them to climb, paddle and surf beyond their diagnosis, defy their cancer, reclaim their lives and connect with others doing the same.

TNT offers a variety of programs and services, from free wilderness based backpacking and canoeing treks for teens & young adults, caregivers, and oncology providers; research support to other young adult cancer organizations; education, advocacy, and prevention initiatives to raise awareness of this underserved population; and health promotion support and skills training to teens & young adults receiving treatment, and those who have completed it.

Employment, Legal & Insurance

Provides information and education about cancer-related legal issues to the public through its national telephone assistance line (includes insurance appeals, employment rights and leave time, access to healthcare and government benefits, estate planning, etc.)

Cancer and Careers, founded in 2001, is a national nonprofit that empowers and educates people with cancer to thrive in their workplace, by providing expert advice, interactive tools and educational events.

Fertility Preservation

Reprotech, 888-489-8944
ReproTech works closely with fertility service centers across the United States to make sperm cryopreservation services available nationwide. While RTL does not provide sperm freezing services, our network of freezing centers do. Once specimens have been preserved, we coordinate the transportation of your frozen semen to RTL for long-term storage.
