Join the Testicular Cancer Foundation for a Fall Meetup at the quaint Port Ritchey in Florida, 40 minutes outside of Tampa Bay. Enjoy a weekend of community, support, group activities and more! The host house has a swimming pool, games, fire pit, and more! All TC patients and survivors welcome! See details, registration info, and agenda below.

TRAVEL DETAILS: TCF is not covering any travel for individuals, however lodging will be provided. Lodging is first come first serve, but we should have ample space as we have rented a large house that sleeps 14+. If flying, the closest airport is Tampa Bay International (TPA). Port Ritchey is approx. 40 minutes from TPA. You are responsible for your own transportation to Port Ritchey, so please consider this. You may be able to coordinate with others traveling to the event. TCF will cover the Friday night Dinner, and the Saturday night Dinner. Breakfasts will be at the cost of attendees.

WHEN: October 18-20th The bulk of the weekend will be Saturday (19th) as we enjoy good food, learn more about TC and enjoy activities and games. We will do a group dinner on October 18th, and will be hanging out the entire weekend with some fun activities. If you can only make it a portion of the weekend, please don’t let that deter you from participating! Any and all of the weekend activities will be worth attending!

FRIDAY 12:00 pm – Lunch @ TBD Lunch and Exploring Port Ritchey 

6:00 pm – Dinner @ TCF HQ 

Dinner will be provided and cooked at the TCF HQ HOUSE. Steaks, Burgers, swimming, hang by the fire pit, play games and a roundtable discussion on living life post TC. 

SATURDAY 10:00 am – Breakfast @ TCF HQ Breakfast 

11:00-4:00 pm Activities TBD 

*Lunch will not be provided, so please be prepared to go out to lunch, or buy snacks. 

6:00-8:30 pm Dinner @ Crab Shack on the Cotee River 

Great Food, Live Music, and Fun. Come Hungry. 

SUNDAY 9:30 am – Breakfast @ TBD 

Grab a quick bite, before packing and getting ready to leave.
