TRAVEL DETAILS: TCF is not covering any travel for individuals, we do have a heavily discounted room block at a local hotel ($149 a night). It is first come first serve. If flying, the closest airport is Chicago Ohare (ORD). You are responsible for your own transportation to Woodstock, so please consider this. You may be able to coordinate with others traveling to the event. Gavers is graciously covering the ticket cost, so the event is free. TCF will cover the Friday night Dinner. Breakfasts and Lunches will be at the cost of attendees.
WHEN: July 19-21st The evening of July 19th, to the morning of July 21st, 2024. The bulk of the weekend will be Saturday (20th) evening as we attend Barndance. If you can only make it for the day of Barndance, please don’t let that deter you from participating! Any and all of the weekend activities will be worth attending!
