Return Policy for Testicular Cancer Foundation Store

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

Contact Us: Email us at info@Testicular Cancer Foundation with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return eligibility and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Condition: Ensure that the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
